What happens if something is not right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Customized and bulk orders
Pieces made to your specification cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from what was agreed, because they cannot be resold.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
